Which one for whom?
Ulysses
If you use only Apple devices and don't mind a subscription, it is a polished and powerful writing environment.
Scrivener
A deep tool for long-form authors who want research notes, sources and very complex structures in one project; it takes time to learn.
Publishify
If you want a simple editor, the same experience on every device, no setup, one-click publishing and built-in support for Turkish, Kurmanji, Zazaki, Ottoman Turkish and Arabic. It is still a young product: if you want Scrivener's research boards or Ulysses' native-app polish, they are more mature today.
